Celebrate Pi Day With Some Louisville Pie

View as Map

Today is the 14th day of the third month of the year, better known as March 14 (3.14) and also "Pi Day." More and more Americans are participating in this observance (once recognized mostly by people with an extreme fondness for calculators). People eat pie, throw pies and discuss the significance of the irrational number itself (especially around 1:59 p.m. for that extra mathematical frisson). For those not into intoning an endless series of non-repeating decimals, Eater provides a tastier, crustier, and much less mentally stressful way to celebrate Pi Day.
