Last week, in preparation for the whiskey gentry descending on Louisville for Saturday's Kentucky Derby, Eater Louisville asked what's Louisville's best bourbon-based cocktail?. The traditional mint julep was mentioned just once. (Of course, connoisseurs know bourbon's best straight, or maybe with a little water added.)
