It seems Asian food can be found everywhere these days, and Louisville is no exception. Our city has a plethora of pretty good places from all around the Pacific Rim, and even bistros as far away as Owensboro will feature dishes that "Sichuan" this and "Toban-jan" that. In this map Eater attempts to cut through the confusion of local Chinese offerings, and presents 10 restaurants really doing Chinese cuisine right.
